Gochujang Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  

  • 15 gr Gochujang ( Korean Red Pepper Paste )
  • 5 gr Sesame Oil
  • 5 gr Toasted White or Black Sesame Seed
  • Salt, Sugar and Pepper, to taste

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Spoon

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine homemade mayo , Gochujang and sesame oil using a spoon until well-incorporated.
    15 gr Gochujang ( Korean Red Pepper Paste ), 5 gr Sesame Oil
  2. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning to your liking with salt, sugar and pepper.
    Salt, Sugar and Pepper, to taste
  3. For the last touch, sprinkle in some toasted sesame seed and enjoy!
    5 gr Toasted White or Black Sesame Seed

Notes

  • Instead of sugar, you can pour in some honey to add a depth of flavor.
  • If you do not have homemade mayonnaise on hand, opt for store-bought Japanese Mayonnaise instead. Preferably of the Kewpie Brand.
