Tahina

Tahina is what I grew up using as a dip for seafood dishes, when I was doing some research, it turns out most people are calling it “Tahini” which is strange because on all the packages in groceries and supermarkets where I live, its marketed as Tahina, It could be a marketing strategy of some sorts, Let me know which name you are used to Tahina or Tahini in the comments below.

Tahina Hero

Tahina

A Delectable sauce that is best used for seafood. However, you can enjoy it with anything crispy and crunchy.
